1. Members are reminded of the need to stand aside from decision-making when a conflict arises between their role as an elected representative and any private or other external interest they might have.

Funding Application

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The Waikouaiti Coast Community Board has received an application for funding from the Waikouaiti District Museum Society. The museum society are requesting $1936.00 towards a purpose-built cabinet to conserve works on paper.
The amount remaining in the board's project fund is $1936.00. This needs to be allocated before the end of the financial year on June 30 or it will be returned to Council.
An extraordinary meeting of the community board has been called to consider this application before the end of the financial year.
That the Board: a) Approves/Declines the funding application from the Waikouaiti District Museum Society towards a purpose-built cabinet to conserve works on paper.
