EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
1. Members are reminded of the need to stand aside from decision-making when a conflict arises between their role and any private or other external interest they might have.
2. Members are reminded to update their register of interests as soon as practicable, including amending the register at this meeting if necessary.
3. Desiree Williams has declared an interest in The Malcam Charitable Trust application and will leave the room during discussion and consideration of the application.
4. Lois Scott has declared an interest in the Otago Neighbourhood Support Charitable Trust application and will leave the room during discussion and consideration of the application.
