1 HEARING PROCEDURE
The Mayor to outline procedure for hearings.
An apology has been received from Cr Kate Wilson (on other Council business) for the Tuesday 10 April and Wednesday 11 April 2018 sessions.
That the Committee:
Accepts the apology from Cr Kate Wilson.
Note: Any additions must be approved by resolution with an explanation as to why they cannot be delayed until a future meeting.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
1. Members are reminded of the need to stand aside from decision-making when a conflict arises between their role as an elected representative and any private or other external interest they might have.
2. Elected members are reminded to update their register of interests as soon as practicable, including amending the register at this meeting if necessary.
That the Committee: a) Notes/Amends if necessary the Elected Members' Interest Register attached as Attachment A; and b) Confirms/Amends the proposed management plan for Elected Members' Interests. |

Hearing Schedule for the 10 Year Plan

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
1 The purpose of this report is to provide the Councillors with a schedule of submitters wishing to present their views at the 10 Year Plan hearings during the week beginning 9 April 2018.
2 Approximately 450 submissions have been received to date, with 36 submitters wishing to present their submissions to Councillors. Submissions do not close until 23 April 2018.
3 Hearings for the 10 Year Plan will be held over the week beginning 9 April 2018 as follows:
Monday 9 April 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Tuesday 10 April 1 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Wednesday 11 April 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Thursday 12 April 1 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Friday 13 April 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
4 Attached to this report is the 10 Year Plan Hearing Speaking Schedule as at 4 April 2018. Please note that as submissions will continue to be received, the number of submitters wishing to present their views will increase, and the schedule for next week will be subject to change. An updated scheduled will be emailed to councillors on Friday 6 April, and daily during the week of 9 April 2018.
