4          Declarations of interest

Members were reminded of the need to stand aside from decision-making when a conflict arose between their role as an elected representative and any private or other external interest they might have.

Part A Reports

5          Proposed Parking Restriction Changes - April 2021 (TPC 23-24)

 

The Transport report sought a recommendation from the Regulatory Subcommittee for minor changes and clarifications to parking restrictions.

 

Mr Spiers and Ms Barragan spoke to the report and responded to questions from members.

Recommends that Council approves the proposed changes to parking restrictions shown in the April 2021 update of the Dunedin City Council's traffic and parking restrictions database, https://tinyurl.com/ParkingApril2021

6          Confirming Parking Restrictions Off-street Carparks - April 2021 (TPC 25)

 

The Transport report sought a recommendation from the Regulatory Subcommittee for inclusion of three DCC three off-street restricted and unpaid carpark locations in the bylaw layer as a correction of the database.

 

Mr Spiers spoke to the report and responded to questions from members.

             Recommends that Council approves the inclusion of three off-street carparks at 16 Church Street, Mosgiel, 10 Cameron Street, Dunedin and 37, 37A, 39, 41, 43 and 43A Rankeilor Street, Dunedin in the parking restrictions shown in the April 2021 update of the Dunedin City Council's traffic and parking restrictions database, https://tinyurl.com/ParkingApril2021
