The report from Customer and Regulatory outlined the submissions received during the consultation on the Keeping of Animals (excluding Dogs) and Birds Bylaw. The General Manager Customer and Regulatory (Claire Austin), Manager Compliance Solutions (Ros MacGill), Team Leader - Compliance, Environmental Health and Alcohol Licencing (Carlo Bell), Environmental Health Officer (Tanya Morrison) and Policy Analyst – Regulatory (Anne Gray) spoke to the report and responded to members’ questions. |

Option One: Ban keeping of roosters from residential areas unless written permission from Council
