Graeme Wall addressed the meeting concerning the port environment and the Port Noise Liaison Committee.

Moved (Francisca Griffin/Trevor Johnson): That the Board:
Confirms the agenda with the following addition or alteration Item 10 – Chairperson’s Report to be taken after Item 6.

Members were reminded of the need to stand aside from decision-making when a conflict arose between their role as an elected representative and any private or other external interest they might have.
Ange McErlane provided an update to her register of interest.

a) Confirms the public part of the minutes of the West Harbour Community Board meeting held on 20 October 2021 as a correct record. Motion carried (WHCB/2021/025) |

The Transport Delivery Manager (Ben Hogan) introduced himself and provided an overview of his role. |

A report from Civic provided proposed 2022 meetings dates for the West Harbour Community Board for approval. Following discussion, it was agreed that the meeting scheduled for 8 June 2022 would be moved to either 1 June or 15 June. |

a) Approves the 2022 meeting schedule for the West Harbour Community Board with the amendment as agreed. Motion carried (WHCB/2021/026) |

Pursuant to the provisions of the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987, exclude the public from the following part of the proceedings of this meeting namely:
This resolution is made in reliance on Section 48(1)(a) of the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987, and the particular interest or interests protected by Section 6 or Section 7 of that Act, or Section 6 or Section 7 or Section 9 of the Official Information Act 1982, as the case may require, which would be prejudiced by the holding of the whole or the relevant part of the proceedings of the meeting in public are as shown above after each item.
