Members were reminded of the need to stand aside from decision-making when a conflict arose between their role as an elected representative and any private or other external interest they might have.

Consideration was given to the funding application from the Star Jam Charitable Trust for $2,000.00 to assist with a music based workshop

Board members provided an update on activities which included: Keep Dunedin Beautiful (KDB) – Joy Davis attended the Keep Dunedin Beautiful Awards. Mosgiel Coronation Hall - Dean McAlwee provided a verbal update. Mosgiel and Taieri Emergency Group. - Joy Davis provided a verbal update Outram Emergency Group - Dean McAlwee provided a verbal update.
