Confirms the agenda without addition or alteration

Members were reminded of the need to stand aside from decision-making when a conflict arose between their role as an elected representative and any private or other external interest they might have.

A report from Civic provided an update on the submissions received for the 2021 Representation Review. The Manager Governance, (Clare Sullivan) spoke to the report and responded to questions. |

a) Considered the submissions received on the Representation Review; b) Recommends that the recommendation of the Independent Review Panel be accepted. Motion carried (CNL/2021/184) |
