EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
1. Members are reminded of the need to stand aside from decision-making when a conflict arises between their role as an elected representative and any private or other external interest they might have.
2. Elected members are reminded to update their register of interests as soon as practicable, including amending the register at this meeting if necessary.
3. Staff members are reminded to update their register of interests as soon as practicable.
That the Council:
a) Notes/Amends if necessary the Elected Members' Interest Register attached as Attachment A; and
b) Confirms/Amends the proposed management plan for Elected Members' Interests.
c) Notes the proposed management plan for the Executive Leadership Team’s Interests.

Hearings Scheduled for the 9 year plan and Local Water Done Well

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
1 The purpose of this report is to provide the Councillors with a schedule of submitters wishing to present their views at the 9 year plan and Local Water Done Well hearings to be held on 5 to 8 May 2025.
2 Approximately 778 submissions have been received, with 152 submitters wishing to present their submissions to Councillors. Submissions closed on 30 April.
That the Council:
a) Notes the report.

3 Hearings for the 9 year plan and Local Water Done Well will be held as follows:
Monday 5 May 9.00 am to 5.00 pm
Tuesday 6 May 9.00 am to 5.00 pm
Wednesday 7 May 9.00 am to 5.00 pm
Thursday 8 May 9.00 am to 5.00 pm
4 The 9 year plan and Local Water Done Well Speaking Schedule for Monday, 5 May is at Attachment A. The Speaking Schedule for the remaining days will be circulated as soon as possible. Please note that the schedule for hearings is subject to change, and updated schedules will be emailed to Councillors as necessary.
5 Should any late submissions be received, a separate report to consider acceptance of the late submissions will be presented at the meeting.
6 As this is an administration only report, a summary of considerations is not required.
